Summer can be a particularly tricky time to create or maintain healthy habits with kids out of school, vacations, PCS season in full swing, and lots of warm weather socializing.
At InDependent, we know that it’s easier to stay on track when you have to be accountable to somebody. So, we created the Instagram Summer Motivation Series. In June, we’re focusing on eating well with easy daily tasks to help you feel better from the inside out. Here’s how you participate:
- Follow us on Instagram. @independentorg
- Discover the next day’s task on Instagram every evening, starting on May 31.
- Take a photo or video of you completing the task.
- Post on Instagram using #summermotivation.
After giving the tasks a try, you may decide that some of these healthy habits may become keepers that you want to continue daily or weekly. The healthy habit of focusing on eating well and checking in with us each day will help you to have your healthiest summer ever.
Each week, we’ll choose our favorite photo or video to feature as an inspiration to others. Make this summer, the summer that motivates you to be a better you.
