It’s what causes burnout. And, you can’t afford to go down.
So, here’s an innovative solution...
You deserve a week of rest. You deserve a break from putting everyone else’s needs first. You deserve to feast without guilt, sleep in peace, and time to tone your mind and body. And you deserve all this without having to miss work, schedule childcare, or travel across the globe.
Sounds good, right?
Yep. We thought so, too!
That’s why we created
The Military Spouse Wellness Summit.
We’re three military spouses just like you. We’ve moved every couple of years, endured long-term separations, volunteered ad nauseam, given up careers, and conquered living overseas. It’s exhausting!
So, for years, we dreamed of escaping to an all-inclusive retreat together for a week of relaxation. But, after calculating the accommodations ($2,000+) and travel ($600+), it just wasn’t feasible.
So, instead, we created our own in-home retreat experience.
That was two years ago!
Since then, more than 3,000 spouses – living around the world – have joined us from the comfort of their homes for a week of bliss!

Registration is open to ALL spouses from every service branch (Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines, and Navy): including active, national guard, and reserve. And we believe once a spouse always a spouse, so retired veteran spouses are welcome too.
We’ve also expanded the event to include first responder spouses (police officers, firefighters, 9-1-1 dispatchers, and EMS members). Because we understand the sacrifices, you make as well. You are wanted and welcomed to participate!

It’s virtual, so join from home or on the go. All you need is WIFI access.
VIP Participants will receive private admission to an online community via Facebook. Here you’ll connect with other participants, ask questions, compete for prizes, and participate in fitness and cooking demonstrations.

In 2005, Tiffany Smiley's husband Scotty was severely injured while serving as an Infantry Platoon Leader in Iraq. Tiffany left her job and dedicated herself to getting her husband back on his feet. Together Scotty and Tiffany have founded Hope Unseen, LLC. In an effort to help and assist women, Tiffany has appeared on Fox News, CBS, CNN, the Katie Couric show, and multiple radio and newspaper articles. Tiffany has also traveled across America speaking to various churches and corporations. Liz Wolfe is a military spouse, mom, and a health and wellness writer with a passion for real food, safe beauty, and healthy babies. A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), her work includes the Wall Street Journal bestseller Eat the Yolks, the Purely Primal Skincare Guide and the online community "Baby Making and Beyond."

Lara Casey is a reserve spouse and mom to three (one through the gift of adoption), a grateful wife, and a believer in the impossible (she and her husband have quite the story!). She is passionate about helping people get unstuck, unrushed, and living on purpose instead of by accident. To help with those things, she created the PowerSheets™, a grace-filled goal setting planner, the Write the Word™ journals, and founded Southern Weddings a decade ago.

Through his company Mindfulness Everywhere, he is the creator of Kara, the Sleepfulness app, Designing Mindfulness and the best-selling hit app buddhify. Rohan’s first book Modern Mindfulness in now out the US and in the UK. Based in Glasgow, Scotland, Rohan is a trustee of the British Council and was named by Wired magazine in their "Smart List of 50 People Who Will Change the World."
Jess Atkins is the co-founder of Stylebook, a closet management app for the iPhone. She started her career in fashion interning for the Vogue fashion closet and eventually landed a job in the Lucky Magazine art department. These experiences inspired her and her now-husband Bill to create an organizational app to help her get the most out of her tiny wardrobe. Jess and Bill now run Stylebook full-time and have fun helping men and women around the world organize their wardrobes.
The 2017 Armed Forces Insurance Military Spouse of the Year®, Brittany is a seasoned Air Force spouse of eleven years, a mother, business owner, devoted volunteer, mentor, and a loyal friend. She's the mother of an adorable four-year-old daughter and an amazing two-year-old special-needs son. She is also he founder and director of the Down Syndrome Advancement Coalition “Tank Filled Life” project, educating and advocating for individuals with Down syndrome. As the 2016 MSOY for Little Rock Air Force base, Brittany identified a gap of ADA accessible play options for children with special needs and approached the appropriate people to achieve a playground with accessible therapeutic swings designed to support children with physical disabilities. In addition, she encouraged and achieved the purchase of Caroline Carts for people with special needs at our DECA commissary. She is also an advocate and parent liaison for the Air Force Exceptional Family Member Program.
A mom and military spouse, Kate Horrell is a personal finance geek who loves debating the various benefits of different retirement savings options, or how to use coupons in the best way for your family, or whether now is the right time for someone to buy or rent a house. Her passion is helping everyday folks use their money to do the things that are important to them. Kate started in the financial education business through writing, contributing for over eight years to Military.com’s The Paycheck Chronicles blog. With over 2,200 posts, Kate's scope has grown to include individual counseling and public speaking. As a military spouse, she has a personal interest in understanding all the details about military pay and benefits, as well as personal experience trying to fight through the sometimes confusing systems the military creates.
As a VIP registrant, each day will feature a virtual workout class led by Ashley Matejka of Wellevance. Ashley will teach you how to melt fat and tone muscle, fast. Participate in the classes via our private Facebook group. Plus, we'll include a list of the gear you need in our retreat guide.

Meet The Host
Corie is a licensed professional counselor (LPC), a sought after speaker, and a consultant and author of Sacred Spaces: My Journey to the Heart of Military Marriage. Corie started her career as a counselor specializing in marriage, divorce, women's issues, and substance abuse for 15 years. She married a US Army Chaplain and together, they have worked to support service members and families involved with the War on Terrorism. In 2015, Corie was named Armed Forces Insurance Military Spouse of the Year® where she advocated for mental health issues and served as a media correspondent writing online and print publications, consulting for command teams, and speaking to groups on issues like PTSD, grief, and marriage.
