Corie Weathers

Corie Weathers

Corie Weathers is a Strategic Advisor on Military Family Resilience and Leadership Development with over two decades of experience supporting military families and leadership teams. A licensed professional counselor, Corie specializes in helping military and government organizations enhance family resilience, improve communication, and foster leadership growth. Through her extensive work with organizations like the USO, institutions including the US Army War College, and leadership and family development with special operations, her work has focused on addressing the unique challenges military families face, particularly the need for reconstitution after twenty years of global conflict. 

Corie’s advocacy has contributed to the passage of a Congressional bill for military spouse licensure portability with her current focus on provider shortages and the mental health crisis. As an author, her books Sacred Spaces and Military Culture Shift continue to shape discussions on military culture, leadership, and family dynamics. Corie’s ability to blend clinical insights with strategic leadership solutions makes her a trusted voice in advising military leaders and government officials on fostering resilience and adaptability within military communities.

Britni Miltner

Britni Miltner

Britni Miltner is a passionate advocate for building strong, supportive communities, particularly among military spouses and remote-working moms. With over 17 years of experience working remotely, she is the founder and host of The Remote Mom Collective Podcast, which inspires listeners with the motto, “Being Different Makes a Difference.” Britni spent 18 years alongside her husband during his 20-year Navy career, co-hosted the popular podcast MilSpouse CoffeeHouse, and earned the title of AFI Naval Support Activity Mid-South Navy Spouse of the Year in 2019.

After her husband’s retirement, Britni founded the Remote East Cobb Moms group in 2024, which grew to over 240 members in its first year. She holds a certificate in Conflict Resolution and Leadership Communication from Harvard University (earned through the Military Spouse Advocacy Network’s Leadership Development Program in 2024) and is dedicated to fostering authentic connections, empowering women, and creating spaces where people feel valued. Britni lives in Atlanta with her husband Keith and their 9-year-old daughter.
