December—‘Tis the season for social gatherings and long distance travel, both of which can wreak havoc on your health. This year, don’t fall victim to the unwanted weight gain associated with holiday temptation. Educate yourself so when you’re faced with hard decisions you can confidently choose a healthier option.

Military life in December often includes a PCS move, long-distance travel, formal ball, and/or holiday party. You can still participate in the fun without sacrificing your health and fitness goals. Use this handy guide to help you and your spouse make better choices when you’re out and about.
