THE INSPIRATION & MOTIVATION YOU NEED TO TURN OFF AUTO-PILOT & LIVE YOUR LIFE WITH PURPOSE.

There’s a saying by Robert Byrne that goes something like this:

“The purpose of life is a life of purpose.”

But, how exactly can you achieve that?

After all, we live in a fast-paced world riddled with day-to-day distractions and demands.

  • Incoming texts and emails for the next to-do or request.

  • Calendar alerts on upcoming appointments, school pickups, or extracurricular functions.

  • Countdown app notifications that make you realize all you haven’t gotten done, but “need” to do before homecoming day arrives.

And, before you know it, just for the mere pleasure of checking things off your list, you end up moving through life at rapid speed while losing sight of your own needs, passions, and beliefs—the things that make you feel most alive.
Like a hamster spinning in its wheel, you feel you’re going nowhere, fast.
You go around and around in circles as you continuously equate doing more with being more.

You’ll be a better spouse, parent, friend, or overall human being if you tackle everything that’s on your plate and then some.

But, as a past, present, or future military spouse who regularly focuses on the needs of others, this way of thinking does not do your life justice!

That “good enough” feeling can only be found from within.

So, what do you say we stop rushing through the day-to-day and instead…

STOP & SMELL THE ROSES. Go beyond the busy, pulling from the depths of our hearts, to unveil how our choices—from how we choose to love, grow, spend, eat, and move—are connected to a greater sense of purpose.

Set aside some “You” time—whether at home or on-the-go—over the course of six days and get ready to take charge of your life.

The world needs you to show up being nothing but your most fulfilled self!

Ready to get off that hamster wheel & find fulfillment?

DON’T JUST TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT. READ WHAT PAST ATTENDEES HAVE TO SAY!

Honestly, you ladies know how to put on a good party! I loved the interviews, but my favorite part was the VIP FB group where I could interact with the participants and the organizers. Truly, this was a life-changing experience and made me change the way I think about my health and wellness.
— Wendy, US Navy Spouse
Went above and beyond what I wanted for Wellness guidance. Left each message feeling renewed and a more positive outlook on my situation.
— Lauren, US Air Force Spouse
Y’all couldn’t have made it easier or more accessible if you tried. Even if someone could only pick a couple of the topics that resonated with them to listen to, they’d still go away with that knowledge. And, with the basic level being free, there was absolutely no risk involved even if it wasn’t your cup of tea.

Fast-forward to today, having merged with The Other Side of Service (OSS) to become a stand-alone 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we’re able to continue our mission with events like MSWS to:
