Favorite Part About the Job:

My favorite part about working for InDependent is building a community of military spouses that care about improving their health and wellness and in turn encourage healthy habits in their homes. This community inspires me on my own wellness journey.

Making quarterly wardrobe capsules. I had no idea how much peace I could find by curating my closet.

Favorite Workout Gadget:

Apple Watch

Favorite Workout Song:

'Till I Collapse by Eminem

Biggest Fitness Hurdle:

I strongly prefer slower-paced activities like yoga and hiking, but know I need to build some intensity into my routine.
