Favorite Part About the Job: 

My favorite part about working for InDependent is building a community of military spouses that care about improving their health and wellness and in turn encourage healthy habits in their homes. This community inspires me on my own wellness journey.

Favorite Duty Station: 

Bamberg, Germany. So sad it's closed now!

Lifetime vegetarian, now mostly plant based + naturally sweet
