March Into Strength Challenge
Looking to shape up for spring and the elliptical just isn’t getting you the results you want?
Our March Into Strength Challenge for military spouses starts on March 1 over in our InDependent | Fitness Facebook group. Each day for the entire month, you’ll find a strength training exercise you can do at home and a check-in to keep you motivated. Five different trainers are presenting exercises and will be on hand to answer your questions.
The goal of this challenge is to introduce you to ways you can sculpt your body without heading into the gym. You can mix and match the exercises to create your own workout, or use them to supplement your cardio routine.
You can do the exercises using body weight only, or some of the exercises will offer the opportunity to add on inexpensive equipment if you have it on hand or were looking to invest in your home gym:
